Refund policy
At Laser on the Hill, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds except under the following circumstances:

Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost or issue a refund for the incorrect item.

Missing Item: If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We will promptly send the missing item or issue a refund.
